Special Suppression Systems
Certain locations require special suppression systems to protect high-value assets from various hazards in environmentally sensitive areas. Examples of such high-value assets include clean room environments, biotechnology laboratories, medicinal laboratories, and data centers. These environments often have controlled temperature, humidity, and airborne particulates. These systems are also used to protect intangible assets such as software and the electronic transfer of assets. Special suppression systems are designed to protect these high-value assets according to manufacturer instructions, product listings, and guidelines set forth by the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA). Thus, our engineers are uniquely qualified through NFPA memberships and NICET certifications to design, inspect, and test these special suppression systems.
